Cancellations:
We must be notified of cancellations within 24 hours.
Exchanges:
We will exchange merchandise with printing flaws or manufacturers defects within one week of delivery. Please contact us to explain the situation. The shirt will need to be returned for inspection.
Due to the customized nature of our items, we cannot give refunds for returns. Please check your measurements against the items sizing information. Women's shirts are in juniors sizing, which run about one size small. Please buy a size up if there are any doubts about measurements, or contact us for more information.
Shipping:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be printed and shipped.
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item, for shipping in the U.S.. Orders within the U.S. are shipped via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail, and generally arrive at their destination in 2-5 business days, after shipment.
At this point, we have not been charging extra postage to Canadian orders, but please allow an extra week for delivery. Expedited delivery is available for an extra charge. See "custom orders" below, for details.
Additional shipping may be required for international orders. Extra charges, VAT, or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Any extra shipping fees must be paid before an international order will be shipped. Please contact us for an international shipping quote before placing orders from outside of North America.
